Signals & Track Changing Track Type?

Is it possible to change the track visuals, e.g. from wooden rail sleepers to concrete ones? I know how to change the trackspeed via the track rules...

 

Yes, in select mode, use the descriptor, you wanna replace with, then right click the track, and there is some option, idk what it was called, idk if it worked in ribbon or proxy selection...
