This is a very marmite suggestion, I'd wager it would probably tally 50/50 if it were ever put to an official vote across Steam, the Forum and Facebook platforms. I can see why people would want multi player especially after seeing simrail and such, but for me I'm definitely in the "No" category, TSC for me is a personal experience one where I can let my imagination go completely untethered, human interaction would break that for me I think. What I really want (hit it Spice girls) is smarter ai in the pathing and other traffic interaction and a more dynamic system that changed the scenario each time you played it regarding weather and other services randomness at impeding your path and better portraying the same timetable but on a different day.
It will definitely not happen, as it is a scenario based game. You'd need to rebuild the game from scratch to support MP. So 100% not happening. Try SimRail and Run8!
Kuju did test multiplayer in Rail Simulator (or was it Railworks?) I remember an article about it with some screenshots. But I don't think it ever reached beta testing.
Absolutely not. I'd prefer TSC continue being a personal experience. There's a reason games like TSC don't have multiplayer.
Yep, would be cool for the fans. But I think that technically TS dan not be upgraded with multiplayer. Also I think that there is also no business case for a Multi Player Train Game in general.
I would like to see him in Train Sim World control several Trains and not just one Since the TSC will not come to that For those who don't want to see it, don't see it, but I would like to see it I like to see railway traffic and not like scenes. I would like to see them happen at any time and not just as a cutscene more time playing
