It's a thirteen station, red-color, and almost 50 minute route that represents northeastern Queens & northwestern Nassau County. It's the ONLY LIRR branch that doesn't stop at the Jamaica station, you have a Woodside flyover, and a 2-track at Woodside station on the north side via Winfield Jct just south of Roosevelt Ave [7 train], and the 4-track on the south side headed to/from Jamaica & beyond. P.W.B. started in 1854 built by the Flushing Railroad from Hunters Point in Long Island City to Flushing, before the LIRR opened its line to Long Island City. It was the first non-LIRR line on Long Island. The company was reorganized in 1859 as the New York & Flushing Railroad, and established a subsidiary known as the North Shore Railroad to extend the line from Flushing to Great Neck in 1866. Crossing over Alley Creek; a one track route & viaduct crossing over the Manhasset River between Port Washington & Great Neck, stops include Plandome & Manhasset every 15-17 minutes. On rush-hours, some trains run express or local stops between Penn Station & Great Neck. Some westbound trains will start at Little Neck on weekday mornings. On weekends, all stops to/from Port Washington. M7 is the LIRR fleet that represent the branch. Stations include between Penn & Port Washington: Woodside, Mets-Willets Point [Limited Service only], Flushing-Main St, Murray Hill, Broadway [Northern Blvd], Auburndale, Bayside, Douglaston, Little Neck, Great Neck, Manhasset & Plandome. And coming soon, extended to/from the Grand Central Madison. Trains will split west of the Woodside station in Queens every hour, once the ESA [East Side Access] is complete.
    Playtime: about 40-50 minutes.

Around 1/6 of this line is already built with the existing line to Woodside and whatever tail track was modeled for this purpose. The next phase
of the line to Bayside could easily be modeled with existing textures and buildings, with the following exceptions:
    - Mets / Willets Pt - 7 subway yard, Billie Jean King Tennis Center, Arthur Ashe Stadium, Citi Field
    - Flushing Main St - Skyview Center and downtown Flushing detail + 7 train Roosevelt ave viaduct over Flushing Creek
    - Murray Hill - open cut station with future elevators
    - Auburndale - station platform canopy
    - Broadway - station building and Northern Blvd
    - Bayside - station house and Bell blvd bridge

Additionally, it's worth mentioning that a limited number of M3 sets run on the Branch.

For the Bayside to Douglaston phase, the line runs in a mostly-wooded right of way with a few village-center areas as well as residential back yards, making modeling much simpler for those sections. Non-wooded areas requiring greater detail include the stations, as well as:
    - Stretch over Alley Creek marshland between Bayside and Douglaston
    - Douglaston Station house
    - Little Neck station area - grade crossing at Little Neck Pkwy, surrounding houses (can be done with existing models)
    - Station area around Great Neck / Great Neck Plaza (can be done with existing building models)
    - Manhasset River viaduct - single track
    - Manhasset Station - single track
    - Plandome Station - single track
    - Port Washington Station complex and surrounding village (similar to Hempstead)

The majority of the station platforms and on-platform shelters currently exist in the present route, and can be reused / repurposed for this Branch. Further, many of the existing structure models (houses, buildings, shops, etc.) can be used in place of creating new content.

The total extension to Port Washington from the existing modeled track is approximately 13.8 miles / 22.3 kilometers.

It is not, there is just a team of people who are going to create it when the editor comes out.
