I would really like to see a route from Usti nad Labem to Dresden Hbf (on the line Praha-Berlin) The train goes along the Elbe river and the mountains of Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland There are 2 stops: Decin (Czechia) and Bad Schandau (Germany) The route lasts approximatively 1h08min and looks like this (from 1:07:30) The train is the EuroCity 178 and there will be more modern trains this year
Isn't this the Elbtalbahn Dresden Hbf Bad Schandau Schöna Bodenbach (Decin). If you want to go back in time 120 years ago this would have been between Königreich Sachen Eisenbahn (Kingdom of Saxony railways) & KkStb Österreich-Ungarn (Austria-Hungary railways). That way you don't have to deal with a CD licence instead it's Deutsche Bahn AG & ÖBB licenses to deal with.
This route would have a lot of variety. There could be driven many ECs in addition to an regional service of the S1 (Meißen-Triebischtal)-Dresden-Bad Schandau/Schöna. Moreover there are really many of freight trains which you can see nearly every 5 minutes. Except the trains also the landscape is very beautiful with the Elbe and the Saxon Switzerland where the route winds through.
With the route hopping in TSW5 gamers can travel from Ústí nad Labem to Riesa by the EuroCity or from Schöna to Meißen-Triebischtal. No idea which trains run on the Czech route, but I'm interested.
hmm, learning Mirel and Czech signalling would be interesting... I believe they have the same as us in Slovakia, with signalling like disco frenzy lol
