Edinburgh To Glasgow: C314 Isn't Appearing?

Question... I own Cathcart Circle which utilises the ScotRail Class 314 as the used loco.
I also own the Edinburgh-Glasgow DLC, in which the Class 314 is a usable train within Timetable mode.?

Im under the assumption that if another loco is usable its supposed to be "layered" onto the route as an NPC service if one chooses to roam on foot or use the Class 385 within the DLC?

Im guessing this isnt the case for the Class 314?

 

There are only 2 services available to run in the Class 314 on Edinburgh-Glasgow, so it's understandable that it's unlikely to see these if you choose a random service, and these 'railtours' might be season locked as well like I've heard other special services are sometimes.

 

The Class 314 is a Railtour and doesn't appear in free roam. There are only two services
