Is there a way to get the decal packs without a pre-order? I ended up purchasing my Special Edition through Greenmangaming as they offered a 20% discount.
There technically isn't such a thing as DTG official pre-orders since they don't sell the games directly to customers (anymore). This question is more directed towards Customer Support, as they would know if there are any future plans to make them available.
