PS5 Framer Rate At 14fps

Hi

In Hailer-Meerholz station German Route Fulda the frame rate are 14fps when i zoom in in the live map and playing stays at 14fps but when i go to live map again and zoom out and leave the map the game goes to 60 fps, until now only in this station this happen.

 

Same happens randomly on PC only on this particular route. Looks like the lack of vram.
