I think regardless of whether disused track is connected to a mainline or not you still shouldn’t be there, also it’s right next to a live railway so I’d argue in this case it makes sense
The P-Way boys shouldn’t be leaving unused rail along the route, we have enough of that on our railways. Give it to the scrap man and recycle it
