Xbox Series X Can't Access All Photos

I am unable to upload all my photos in photo mode so I have to go to the gallery and try to do it from there. But, when clicking on photo gallery, only the first and second pages come up. And then, when I scroll halfway
through a page, it automatically goes to the next page.

 

Same issue on PS5.
The gallery shows 6 images across but you can only scroll to 3 of them before it kicks to the next page.

The same on my XSX. The game also keeps crashing there with memory overflow

 

Also experiencing this issue on XSX and the crashing issue described above.
