Steam Br 146.2 And Other German Trains Appear As "training Centre Only"

I was making a livery for TSW5 for the BR 146.2 and it seems that I cant use it since its only allowed on the training ground? Note that there isnt any other BR 146.2 that I can customise!! please fix this ASAP (Yes I own the dlc)

(Image above shows that it says "Training center" in the top corner meaning I cant use this on the actual route)

If you own no other DLC that has a 146 then I’m not sure what the problem is? The TC 146 will only ever be on the TC, other versions will have their home route displayed and will probably be available to use on other routes

 

I can use the train respectively but I just cant make a livery for it for some reason... It just wont show the correct version to customise
