When a job spans midnight, the scoring no longer matches the performance, as it pertains to punctuality. Even thought I arrived very close to the planned time, I receive only 160 APs, which is what happens when you are more than 5 minutes early or late. There's a clue in how the actual arrival time is presented in the Schedule: the timestamps after midnight have a different format than the expected times and the timestamps from before midnight. It's probably why the math is wrong. I would be interested to find out if other people have seen this issue, and if it's platform dependent. I've seen it on multiple routes, but I only play on XSX these days. I opened a ticket for this, but I fully expect the usual treatment.
I cannot complete this service: 50001 Hamburg Billwerder to Munchen Riem from Special Delivery chapter of the Think 182 journey on SKW. I think it is related to the above problem, as it involves the game becoming stupid at time related math. After driving the whole length of the route (more than 90 minutes in PZB Mode M), arrived at Wurzburg and the game says to wait.
I wonder since journey is broken you can complete the service either by selecting the service or on foor at the right station at the right time to take over the service.
"Please don't travel today, the line to Wurzburg is blocked due to a train being told to wait for 24 hours".
This bug has not yet been fixed. Just seen the scoring issue on IC 781 Den Haag Centraal to Groningen on the Dutch route.
Oh, no! This is actually impossible to complete! I drove the service again, this time without PZB, LZB or AFB. The speed limit is 140kph for most of the trip, so it's possible to arrive prior to the required time. However, it still says to wait until 01:12:00, and... nothing happens! Clock keeps ticking over and I'm stuck here, unable to complete the service. WTF?! Another journey impossible to complete. UPDATE: I had saved the game at about 4km from destination and decided to replay so I can record the clock ticking over the required wait time. Then I left the game running, as I was trying to upload the video, and the service completed. I'm not sure how long it passed, but definitely 5+ minutes. Gold medal too! For some reason, there are no details about this service in my Drivers Logbook on Dovetail Live.
Please don’t respond to such old posts; (bumping) it’s better to create a new topic. It’s difficult to follow because of the older versions of TSW shown above. Also, be more specific about what is incorrect by posting a screenshot of your scoring. Simply writing “this and that is wrong” is not easy for developers to understand or forward to the right teams. And mention which TSW version you are using. By “bumping” this topic, you create confusion about it.
First, the original post is one year old, not quite that old. I found an issue with the scoring in TSW5. This year, playing TSW6 and the issue is still not fixed. Don't worry, I raised a proper ticket for the developers, with the information they need to fix the issue. Not that they would... The reason I posted again is to bring additional information about the 50001 service, which I could not complete last year, but I was able to complete this year. The reason for adding more information to a thread such as this is for players who search for the service number, as they might have run into the same issue as I did.
Sorry, but this thread is a mess... Several things are getting mixed up, but fine if you don’t want to take my advice, that’s up to you. Do whatever you want, just don’t expect it to get fixed, I’d say.
