Do We Really Need To Go Through This Every Year?

I'm really fed up with all this download nonsense. Playstation is still delivering TSW4 DLC and for support tickets they want an entire list of your DLC and screenshots but because of all this download nonsense it's near impossible to make a list and screenshots. I reinstalled the game and it let me select 53 add ons. Most of them downloaded as TSW5 but the same DLC that downloaded as TSW4 on my first install downloaded again as TSW 4. I was presuming that was the total amount of DLC I had but I noticed in the store there were a lot DLC labeled as free. So I started downloading them and start noticing some of them also downloading as TSW4. Deleted the TSW4 downloads but now they show up in the PSN Store as bought

How can I even make a list if I don't know what DLC I own or even know what I'm missing? I'm on playstation because you never have to contact support pages and make lists of probably 100 items. Who's got time for that?

And yes I restored licenses multiple times
