Shaun123, you sure you got the right head code. Here is a shot of what's available for the 710 at around 1800.

Shaun123, can confirm the UE crash. Happens just prior to exiting the tunnel into the station. Since you said weather wasn't a factor, I was running my normal custom, light clouds setting. So possibly there is an issue with the pathing on this service and it is entering some other trains set path, even if it's not there. I have seen this happen myself. I deleted a train causing a red light issue but forgot to delete its path and crashed when I got to that location.
When we get the mods from JetWash and his team, there will be a completely new timetable. If this corrects the crashes with these 2 trains, then we are good.

Headstone lane - boarding passenger clipped through closed doors on RH side of train and then hovered above track

 

On approach to harrow and wealdstone the track and third rail shadowing seemed to go back to pre-TSW5 version and you could clearly see the end of the shadows.

also third rail support legs (thing that holds it off the ground) pop in was very visible

 

Speed limit shown in track monitor ~650 yds away from Kenton is showing 45 and 90 but no visible speed limit signs on track and HUD remains at 45 (which is likely correct)

I just played 1H35 1751 London Euston to Manchester Piccadilly and got the exact same crash around the same location, although on the fast lines this time.

This leads me to believe that there is definitely something going on in the game around 1745-1845 that is causing a UE crash to desktop.

 

Tree 0.7 miles from Kensal Green overhanging the track and train clips through it

 

Queen’s Park, 710s going other way seem to be delayed. 00:08 to Watford Junction expected 10:05 and textures blurry including in signs and in cab at times

 

And I only saw the first in service AI 710 at Queen’s Park too… very quiet on the DC lines.

 

Primrose Hill Tunnel Up DC line also seems to have light baking problems

 

Yes, it's me again moaning about saloon lighting in the 350s! Seems to be partially fixed...some have lights on, other AI traffic still in darkness.

 

Shaun123 OK, will give that one a run. That had to be in a 350, right.

 

That's an issue on Bakerloo line as well

1H38 1851 London Euston-Manchester Piccadilly will get a UE crash to desktop

1H39 1911 London Euston-Manchester Piccadilly does not crash to desktop. I’ve just played that service throughout, no issues.

I’ve also previously played 2T67 (350) 1852 London Euston to Tring and also does not result in a UE crash

So I think that narrows it down to something in game around those times causing an Unreal Engine crash on exiting Primrose Hill / South Hampstead tunnels that I can recreate on 4 services.

DTG Alex sorry for the tag but can you have a look and see if this can be recreated?

 

PS5. Sit in Class 66, switch internal camera to lights panel, or either of the fuse cabinets behind you.

Observe you cannot move the cursor, so on PS5 you cannot interact with those panels in this way.

Nothing new, I filed a ticket a long time ago but had hoped it would have been fixed for this newer Class 66 instance.

Also, if you switch the internal camera to the side panel (armrest height), the engine sounds cut out and the loco is silent. You still hear other trains passing by. Horn sound still works.

Engine only becomes audible again when switching to cabinet fuse camera.

Engine sounds stop also when zooming in on little computer above the driver, the one with brake timing etc.

When hovering over its buttons, the tooltips appear in top-left of my tv, across the distance bar and next goal description.

When leaving that view, that little display interaction’s cursor remains active while I’m trying to look around the cabin. Very confusing, it went away when I pressed the circle button.

Engine sounds also cut out (briefly) when sitting down or standing up.

btw apart from miniHUD, is there a way to check the class 390 traction motors output? not like lets say Javelin told you much, but at least you had a neat indicator on the left screen

 

Class 377 at night : light speed instrument trouble

I expect all will be quiet now until Roadmap on Tuesday. A patch may come out without prior warning on Mon or Tues, or the Roadmap article will likely contain details (it’ll have to, because it’s the main question most players have!)

Got a little patch for the Scotsman which has solved sympathetic swing with the coaches.Which I welcomed.
Did really expect the suspension improvements for the 350 and the 72 stock to be there also.
I understand after all the feedback, the patch might be a bit of wait.
And here comes the but..
There was a few issues post live stream that were to be addressed in the first instance.
As far as I'm aware we've not got it.
Just wanted an update from Dovetail.

 

Playing as the guard on service 2N04 MKC - EUS, the station stop list is incorrect.
Stopping stations are listed as:
Leighton Buzzard
Berkhamstead
Hemel Hempstead
Watford Jctn
Harrow & Wealdstone
London Euston

However, the train stops at Tring when it isn't listed in your itinerary and then continues to Berkhamstead which is listed as Hemel Hempstead. Hemel Hempstead thinks it's Watford Jctn and so on.

 

I tried this my first English map, I was interested in the 1972 Stock.
Two things struck me:

1) I don't board a passenger train at all..
2) The trains end at Harrow & Wealdstone, although the line continues including stations up to Watford Junction, I didn't even notice the AI there.....

 

The underground line only goes as far as Harrow and Wealdstone, so you won't see any 1972 stock beyond there. The stations beyond Harrow and Wealdstone are served by the class 710, and you probably won't see any 710 AI because of the lack of a proper timetable.

 

So the next map that adds layer 710 won't add it there either?

 

Sorry, you need the Suffragette Line addon for the 710 to appear, but the timetable is sparse, so even with the addon you won't see as many as you should.

I also monitored the AI-controlled operation on route 1972 stock and passengers do not board, and from time to time the passengers in the trains disappear completely and the trains run empty.....

so it's not just in the case of a managed service, it looks like a complete condition on routes 1972 stock

 

9S70 WFJ stop marker (via hud distance) way too early. Physical stop marker in sensible place.

 

Tried the oddly positioned Hop option at Queens Park going from LO to LU.
Once it loaded I could hear Bakerloo Line trains but appeared to be in a cloud. No Hop option at Paddington on the Bakerloo, I noticed.

Also, working LO services from Queens Park to Watford Junction, the AWS warning went off several times despite me having a green signal ahead and no Morpeth board warning of a lower speed limited. Both directions too.

 

PC platform:
Running 2D50
710 Euston to Watford Junction about 1830.

No problem with the run except:

All layers in but very little AI. Passed one LU train and one 710 plus couple of 350s and 390s and this is rush hour. Euston largely deserted at 6pm .

Green lights all the way bar one yellow before Watford High.

2 AWS warnings in front of green lights and no speed changes.

The whole line is incredibly clean and free of debris.

Stations look like they were all repainted yesterday.

Relief to see the Watford gangs had sprayed some graffiti on a bridge interior.

A big plus is the very good night lighting to augment the very effective 710 headlights.

All in all not bad except for that timetable and, of course, the one handled emu.

 

Every time I play 1972 Stock from the Bakerloo line when I open the doors the passengers don’t board the train they’re just look at it and walk off I might have said this before please can you fix this bug because it’s really annoying many thanks

WCML Journey 2K07: London Euston - Milton Keynes

When arriving at Leighton Buzzard there is a train ahead on the platform which never moves. The stopping point seems to indicate I should couple with that train before continuing, but there is no indication/instruction that I should (unless it’s all the way back at the beginning of the journey, in which case there should be some sort of reminder since this is several stops into the journey and I was continuing a save from a few days ago).

I tried reloading the save point from a few stops earlier (I even quit the game, relaunched and reloaded) but the train is still there. I haven’t yet restarted the entire journey as it’s not a very short one and the problem occurs well into it.

In any case, I was able to couple with the train ahead, however I could not assume the driver’s seat in that train so I had to return to my seat in the original train and push the train ahead to the remaining stops. This resulted in spadding almost all of the remaining signals (which interestingly didn’t fail the objectives) and actually still wound up with a gold medal.

Again, this may be the intended operation, but if so I feel that upon reaching the “dead” train you should receive a reminder of the objective.

 

UPDATE: Decided to run journey fresh from the start after hard console reboot. Stopped train did not appear at Leighton, however it (or another AI train - 1Y15 this one) was stopped at Bletchley and has not moved. I have been stopped at signal TK 5221 for more than 5 minutes. Sandbox deleting the AI train cancels the journey, of course.

Lighting for carriages correctly set on tms ;had gone off by the time I'd reached Watford.
TMS screen issue when backing out of screen.

 

Timetable service 2K06, class 350, service driven on time.

Stuck on red around 2,5 miles north of Harrow and WealdStone. Checking on the map ,there were multiple train stuck ahead.

 

I just finished 2K06 on pc and did not have a problem at Harrow and Wealdstone. These glitches happen in TSW, so give it a try again.

 

Service 9S60 which is the 10:16 Service to Edinburgh from Euston is Missing from the Timetable.

No wonder why the timetable feels so flat.

 

PS5:

Service 9S44 (Pendolino, first service of the third chapter of the Pendoline journey mode) seems to be broken. Game crashes after reaching the first tunnel after leaving London Euston. I tried this 3 or 4 times.

 

Well, if you are on pc, then we will be getting the full tt when the mods by JetWash and his friends are finished.

 

My only issue with this route is false AWS warnings on greens

 

Could it be depending on layers? Genuine question, Idk
