Hello! Is it possible to have all the headlights on, on the Class 66? As Germany doesn't have the Nighttime and Daytime Light modes.
There is a german variant of the class 66 irl, the 266 Iirc... besides the fact it'd generally be nice to have with PZB etc., I believe the headlight configurations were also changed for it to fit into germany, right?
Yes, of course it would need to have Indusi to be allowed on german rails, as you said, that's the BR 266. An SD40-2 in disguise...
DTG should revamp the Class 66 to the BR 266. It´s not super common in Germany, but it´s scattered all over the place and could be layerd on any German route with a couple of services a day hauling coaltrains and other heavy stuff.
Only time I'd be happy about the Class 66 being added once again is if it's got a PZB display in the cab lmao
It's not just PZB, the whole cab has a different layout than the US-style control stand on the TSW loco: https://www.flickr.com/photos/kilux/5468853662/ Still quite low hanging fruit of course.
I agree in fact in train simulator classic you can actually get it on roots that are out of Köln Hbf. I wonder if if it can also run into Austria however the problem is on the console players since they are accustomed to play in class 66 this one would handle differently.
