I heard that Matt's off and a little unwell. Matt, if you're reading this, I think most of us have nothing but respect for the passion you show towards train simming. You're in a pressured job, I hope you're putting your health first. I put work first and it broke me. So, take care, look after number one and we'll all look forward to your return.

Get well soon Matt. Having been battling leukaemia for the last 18 months, I know what it's like to feel under the weather and being expected to carry on as normal. Rest, recoup and come back stronger.

During the Special Effect stream I told you I'd contact you with some issues on HMA, but I'll put those aside untill you're back. If you feel well enough, take advantage of your time off to just play and enjoy the game

Hi Folks, Really appreciate the messages - I was ill for a couple of weeks about 2 weeks ago - first with Covid and then after a whopping 1 or 2 day grace of feeling human again, I got a respiratory thing and spent the next week coughing and it ruined my voice and throat. Of the two, Covid was a walk in the park, that respiratory thing was decidedly unpleasant. Over 70's are being offered free jabs for RSV and i'd strongly recommend going and finding out more. Happy to report all well though - it delayed the charity stream by a week but we had that this last weekend and my throat survived largely unscathed so feels like i'm proper back to full speed now Thanks again, very much appreciated! Glad to hear that the charity stream hasn't set your recovery back, which was my initial thought on seeing this thread!
