    Hello everyone,

    To help us navigate feedback post-update yesterday, please use this space for any issues that have started happening since the patch (that weren't happening before) and any issues that were listed in the patch notes but are still having the same issues.

    To help us get this feedback to dev efficiently, please keep this space on topic. Anything off-topic will be removed.

    Please include your platform, if the issue is happening in a particular route and any further information such as screenshots, videos etc.

    The brakes on the DB BR 114 are still not working properly and were stated as fixed. I’m not an expert in German Trains, but looks to me like this is because the Dosto Cab car in the formations had the brakes set to released and they should be in full service. By running to the other end and setting this before pulling away, the brakes then work. Edit : This is in the Pull scenario and it’s still broken on both PC and PS5. I’ve played a number of timetable services this evening and so far these have been ok.

    There are a number of services in the new Expert 101 timetable on Frankfurt Fulda that instantly spad if you have all layers enabled. I posted 2 examples on the Expert 101 feedback thread.

    While we were hoping optimisation could help with this, it wasn't part of the patch. The team are still working on this issue.

    Hi there. That is the updated version. If you didn't see the update, it's likely you have the auto-update feature switched on so your Xbox would have updated in the background - it can do this when it's switched off, on, or if you're playing another game.

    A few services in the 390 now can't even be started, with the train being flipped off the track as soon as the game loads. 9S80, 9S85, and 9S44 so far.

    What platform is this happening on? Are you able to provide a screenshot of the train flipping issue?

    Frankfurt Fulda in combination with BR101 Expert has now 1967 Services, coming from 527.
    Is this intended with a copied timetable? cwf.green

    It doesn't matter if you spawn in the train or board it via Spawn On Foot - 9S44 (Class 390/1) instantly derails as soon as you take the driver's seat. Looks like the age old TSW2 buffer derailment issues have returned... the train spawns onto a buffer on Euston P14, which doesn't matter while it's AI, but as SimuGraph kicks in and registers the collision, you'll derail.

    However, there is a workaround for this service: Spawn on foot at 6:10, take the secondman's seat, let the AI start the train, it will stop at the exit signal. Then you can take over the driver seat.

    Has someone moved the buffers, or the spawnpoints?

    Frankfurt-Fulda: Signal 09346 is still broken. It doesn't seem to display any aspects (this is Ks1). Not sure if it's part of the signalling changes in the changelog so I'm mentioning it regardless.

    Still choppy performance driving trains through Watford, doesn't however have a frame rate problem wandering around the station.Forty minutes spent on foot.
    Only drop was platform 5 near the end north,bike sheds over the fence adjacent to the platform .PC steam,no mods, recommended system specs 32;GB ram.
    Double checked the notes before posting.

    Cross posting with the main WCML thread.

    Still issues with AWS ramps not set up correctly. Down Slow on Camden Bank a horn at a green signal. Two AWS ramps on the Down Slow approaching Hemel Hempstead both give a horn, hard to see what for, maybe the 60 MPH if crossing to the fast line at Hemel North but should be suppressed if signalled forward on the Down Slow and you don’t need two of the things.

    Okay well a new bug introduced into the save/load game it seems.

    Had to save and exit the run during station stop at Hemel Hempstead. On reloading the game the Class 350 is sat in the platform with the doors open, but the HUD prompt says to unlock doors. Pressing "Y" does nothing (open or close). Neither does calling up the Tab dialogue and hitting Unlock Left from there (Lock is greyed out as it seems the game has failed to recognise the doors are open). Going to try the physics reset...

    ...no that didn't work either. Train restored with doors closed but no response to either the Y key or the popup menu prompt.

    What a load of garbage TSW5 has become.

    It’s really frustrating when a patch breaks things that were working alright beforehand. Always seems to be one step forward, two back.

    WCML still crashing going into Euston honestly I wish I never brought tsw5 because everytime I play it something happened for example: crashing or freezing. And don't get me wrong I know your your working your absolute hardest to handle every complaint you get but ever since day one of early access now I have a ps4 which is god knows how old now and it now old and slow for this day and age. I love tsw but I feel and many others probably do as well right now that tsw 5 is disappointing

    114 brakes are still unusable, that's as far as I got trying yesterday. When you spend a couple mins setting up the train after the patch notes say it's fixed only to pull away, try a brake test and nothing to happen, it makes me think what the hell am I bothering playing this for. Loads of other routes to choose from as well but nah, why bother when the experience is so frustrating. I played something else. I'm on pc through game pass and that's the one bonus of it being on gamepass that I haven't paid the stupid price for it.

    Old Vern and others, this bug in the save was there long prior to this update. I have learned never to save when at a station stop with the doors open.

    Also please check the light sources on San Bernardino line. There is FPS drops only at night in some places, like between Pomona North and Covina(some town in the middle).

    On the Frankfurt - Fulda journey ICE (1193) at 12:45 with the driving trailer in front, a goods train is in the way at Wirtheim.
    There is also the same problem on a Flix Train journey.

    I suspect it has a wrong stop marker. Or the goods trains are too long.
    Please edit these goods trains that run on a side track so that the end of the train no longer occupies the main track.

    Play on PC with Steam.

    Not to me it's not. I must reaffirm, I have never encountered this bug prior to the just issued patch.

    While the brakes on the Frankfurt-Fulda DB BR 114 have been improved, an Emergency Application does nothing. Tested on a light engine TTC run.

    Had my first game crash of TSW5 (I think) since the update. Was driving a 710 service, don't know the head code, but it was WFJ to EUS (due 07:33:30) and crashed 1.3 miles from EUS shortly after coming out of the tunnel from south Hampstead. It was raining heavily, maybe pushed the memory too far?? PS5

    ERROR CODE: CE-108255-1

    I guess I will wait a bit before trying FTF with Expert 101... have you tried any services on Bremen Oldenburg with Expert 101?

    This is really bad. Just had the same crash on that last ice scenario on Frankfurt fulda… really annoying :(

    I’ve noticed that they are improved on the standard formation but the brakes still fail to work on the odd formations e.g. try using the 114 to drive the 0707 Fulda to Frankfurt service (which has 2 extra Dostos and another loco on the rear….. total brake fail

    so, I have done some runs with 411, one on FTF and one on BR 101 Expert Timetable... the AFB thing under LZB is still there... sometimes when AFB was doing the braking, it didnt lock the throttle, but at most times, it did - both when it was taking care of LZB braking curve and when I tested how it behaved when I lowered the AFB speed limit... so it is still annoying

    on Dresden Riesa it looked fine, tho I wasnt too sure about one thing there - the route isnt as curved as FTF, but it still has some bends here and there... while at FTF it tilted quite a bit even at lower speeds and not so tight curves, on Dresden Riesa I only really noticed tilt at like 2-3 major curves... sure, on FTF it uses GNT, but as far as I know the in-game implementation (at least from before this update), even if you turned GNT off, the NeiTec still provided full tilt (tried some Free Roam on Rosenheim Salzburg)... so either my perception is skewed or they changed the behavior of the tilting system if GNT is not present... hmm... or the track on Dresden Riesa doesnt have much curvage and instead is canted at many places :)

    It's not just buffers causing the derailment, I tried the 10:39 Pendolino service from Euston and derailed straight away. So thinking it was the buffers I loaded the route and spawned on foot at Euston at 10.35, Walked over to the train and saw there was plenty of room between the buffer and the end of the train, thinking it had resolved itself I walked up to the other end, sat in the drivers seat and.....derailed. This is on the PS5

    I don’t know if this is a bug on WCML The AI Trains or not doing the top speed the class 350 on fast line they’re supposed to do 110mph but the AI only doing 98mph same as the 390 are supposed to do 125 mph but the AI Trains only do 110 mph I always get stuck behind the trains AI Trains cos they not fast enough

    The stop marker at Wirtheim is wrong positioned so that the stopping freight trains are blocking the main track. For example the IC 1279 or the last Flixtrain service is blocked by a freight train. If you are driving the freight trains stopping at Wirtheim you can See the wrong stop marker. Please fix this.

    AI performance is set at 90% by default, to prevent that players have to drive with perfect performance to be able to stay on time. This means that AI trains accelerate and decelerate slower, up to 90% of the allowed speed. I would strongly suggest that DTG increases the performance for high speed services, as the result is indeed unrealistic.
