Steam Crashing On 375 Units

I have been having a problem with the 375s for a while, basically when i try to load onto a 375 service on SEHS, the game crashes, ive tried it with different services, full timetable and reduced timetable, and ive removed the electrostar sound mod which DTG suggested to remove, but its still crashing. I play on PC.

 

Get rid of all mods, check files in Steam, if all okay reintroduce mods one by one

 

Some mods may be named the same way a dlc pak is named so make sure those are removed as well
