Not sure if this is a more widespread issue, but Class 387's are violent derailing for no apparent reason. 1D40, just past Wandsworth, and immediately when spawning into the scenario on 1M23. Would a reinstall fix it, or is this a more widespread issue?
No fix. Derailments are happening all across the game now, just tested 1D40 in Journey mode - insta derailment. It's just what TSW is. TroubleShootingWorld. Getting worse and worse. Add to this the console crashes and blurry textures, I wonder why people including myself spent money on this rubbish.
Thanks yea... A real shame, not worth playing the lottery of 'will my train randomly derail' at the moment - previous version was largely ok on series X, extremely poor testing regime at Dovetail.
Did this start in a recent update of the game? First i've seen of this - i'll get your post in front of QA and team and find out more. Matt.
I don't have definitive evidence as to whether it's a post-update problem unfortunately, but I had run a dozen scenarios on London Commuter without issue before the latest update. And I'm also corroborating what many people on here are reporting with sudden derailing on startup/in transit on several other routes.
Pendo derailments on WCML is understood - and unique to that route, in its cause at least. Not aware of any other derailments. So if there's derailments occurring on London Brighton I would definitely appreciate more feedback from people, but as I say, i'll get the team to look as well. Matt.
Just to confirm, we've been taking reports of derailments from the Post-release Patch Feedback forum, where we've been communicating this back to our dev teams to investigate. We'll share more news when we're able to investigate the issue more closely, thank you folks!
