Are some of the stopping locations way out? Approaching 22nd Street Station after leaving 4th & King the stopping point is way before the end of the platform and if you stop where it says you should then a car is not at the platform. I’ve noticed it at a few other stations too but can’t remember them to hand.

Yes it’s a Bug from the Developer, same on NEC New York on New Rochelle Station, the stopping point is totally wrong.

Yes. And now the AP scoring system depends on stop accuracy, and medals depend on this too, it has become a critical issue in TSW2020. I have submitted a ticket on it as follows:
    ------------
    Sim AP Position Scoring
Possible faults in objective position marking could affect AP scores. In some modules it is not possible to stop the locomotive's position marker near an objective's position marker. Where AP is scored on stop accuracy, any flaws in objective position marking will impact on scores. Some modules contain such flaws (WSR "Finishing Up" Scenario, with the Class 09?). Objective stop markers (across all modules) should be checked and tested to ensure that they are reachable, with accuracy.
    ------------
