PlayStation Tsw 4 To Tsw 5 Add On Missing

Hi everyone, I am new here.
I just upgraded my TSW 4 to TSW 5 but found one of my add-ons missing.
Peterborough to Doncaster Route add-on, which I have purchased in TSW 4.
All other add-ons have been successfully carried over to TSW 5 by installing them again.
I can find it on my game content list, which indicates it has been installed via TSW4.
Also, when I go to the add-on page, where indicates I have to purchase again,
I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Looks like PS5, right?! First thing I'd try would be a "Restore Licenses" and second try to install it from the in-game menu.

May I please ask how to "Restore Licenses", I am new to PS and TSW.
For the in-game menu, it has the price on it, which means I have to purchase again.
