Xbox Series X Setting Path On Wcml Is Not Working On Xbox

When you spawn in a new train from the spawn menu I tried to set a path for that train using the available feature and on Xbox, every location came up with Invalid Location for every station when I tried setting the path for the spawned in train on both the WCML line and London Overground line with 3rd rail and overhead power

 

Any ideas on why I cannot set a path for a spawned train on the West Coast Main Line
