Having a hard time getting the 710 to move. I'm not new to the game, so I'm confused - I followed the tutorial to make sure I wasn't missing anything but I'm not doing anything wrong.

    My current procedure...
    • Master key in
    • Reverser into secure (neutral)
    • Enable safety systems
    • Doors open
    • Reverser into forward
    • Doors close
    • Apply throttle
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong? Pan up and AC mode are already on when I load into the timetable, but even then I have pressed those and still...nothing.

I've noticed sometimes that AWS is still isolated even when I do Ctrl + Enter and Shift + Enter, so I've had to manually enable that, but still nothing.

Additionally I've also noticed that the brakes are showing as 100% on the left hand side display, even when applying throttle

Any ideas? Bought it mainly so I could use the WCMLS enhancement pack but wanted to play the Goblin as well

Have you tried turning the DRA button off?

Are you in an AC section? You may have to switch to 3rd rail DC.

We can help you better if you give information (which service number).

    Door interlocking blue button?
The doors automatically closed, you need to interlock them.
Can't think what else you could be doing wrong .

If running a timetable on WCMLS the voltage mode should be preset to DC I would have thought. The rest of the train should be set up so you just need to operate the main switch, set direction, perform station duties then go.

Could try a physics reset from the pause (Esc) menu though that can have unforeseen complications and shouldn’t be necessary if starting a run.

It might be this, I did notice the doors were closing automatically. I'll look out for this and report back when I play it next!

there are 2 2J25's, i just tried both of them, did your steps, and it worked.
the only thing is that you have to close the doors manually as mentioned above

Sometimes I've found that if you don't hold the train in at least step 2 when stopped you have to press the vigilance pedal to get a brake release. I think this was mentioned in this thread.
