West Cornwall ain't the best route in the TSW catalogue, but if we don't know the exact issue, nothing can be done.
If this is the ballast drop I finished it years ago not long after WCL came out. IIRC you have to hit the markers then crawl along at walking pace until you get the 100% unloaded on that section.
