PS5 Old Br 101 Crashes Tsw5 On Ps5 Kinzigtal

Wow. Hanau to Frankfurt on the late morning timetable ... about 14 km to go, reducing speed from 150 for the restriction ahead and POW black screen then a request to report or whatever. I reported ( the default).

So what gives ?

I only run the Expert 101 on Xbox ... just started up the PS5 this afternoon, did nothing other than hit PS5 to play.

Did nothing other than choose route, timetables, loco, service, PZB, AFB and no issues leaving Hanau. A plain vanilla run.

 

repeated as best i could with BR 101 passenger service on Rhein-Ruhr for which 101 was first intended. PZB and AFB. No issues other than a red signal with no preceding yellow signal, but that is an old route. No fatal error on a mid-day service into Essen, about the same as Hanau to Frankfurt.

Both had unremarkable dynamic weather. Really plain vanilla stuff.

Yeah, Frankfurt - Fulda is horrible on PS5. Frequent dips below 30 FPS and about 2 crashes already for me. The Expert 101 unfortunately makes this even worse with dips below 15 FPS. As good as the route might otherwise be, I’m hesitant to run it because it crashes so often.

 

Same with wcml, a lot of crashes and stuttering. For me it hits me hard as I am on the series s
