And this warranted a thread of its own in General Discussion? why didn't you just post your comment in the relevant Screenshot thread?
I personally agree with this thread being created. It has been an ongoing issue for a long time now, resulting in the majority of long time regular contributors no longer partaking, myself included. It has been quoted numerous times on the relevant Screenshot Threads to no avail. It used to be a vibrant well supported thread but of late it has been a complete shambles and a gamble as to whether you might see your screenshots or not. I personally have won on many occasion and seen my entry only displayed for one or two days and on two occasions never, (even after posting my complaint on the relevant thread and sending a PM to whoever was running the comp) hence why I no longer compete, and I believe I am not alone. This new thread might possibly spark a reaction from the DTG gang and hopefully a solution to this ongoing problem might be found. I would love the thread to get back to the old days of multiple entries from multiple contributors. If a permanent solution can be guaranteed I would love to re-join the thread and offer my contributions, until then I am more than happy continuing to support the terrific Unofficial Screenshot comp.
Not to jinx it, but they usually changed (released) on Wednesday sometime. Since the scenario loading times have improved, they don't show for long, so it's a bit pointless. Threads are fine for regulars here - outsiders can only enjoy thumbnails. Some pictures were posted on Facebook. I don't think they care a lot. They do it habitually on the side of the TSW one which has like 10x the entries.
Your screenshot went live today, and in a week or so the next one goes live. At he moment there are four screenshots live. Oldest is the Oct 7 one. I think the system works great.
