Hiya guys! I’m new to TSW5 and I brought the southeastern high speed add on, in the pack I got the class 375, 365 and 395. But for some reason there is only a couple of routes for each train mainly being Medway, does anyone know how I get more routes for Kent? Many thanks!
There really isn't in tsw. Sehs is the main one. If you are on pc, there is tsc and there are more dlc there for the southeastern network
I’m on Xbox so is it basically just ashford to St Pancras, and the Medway ones like Gillingham to Rochester and stuff?
Well unlike TSC you get a full 24 hour timetable so enough gameplay to keep you going for a while. There is also the Class 700 which layers in to SEHS for more service variety. And if you're looking for something else in Southern England you also have Brighton Mainline aka London Commuter and the route from Brighton to Seaford and Eastbourne - East Coastway.
That is all that is depicted in the route. It is also the only TSW route that features anywhere in Kent.
I just brought the class 700 and it’s the same routes! On the title it says Rainham to Luton but it’s actually Dartford to Faversham as for all of them?
Yes it is for SEHS but it gives you a different train to run. As said the only other Southern Region routes are Brighton Main Line and East Coastway, but your best bet is to browse the DLC catalogue as there is a good bunch of routes from the UK covering different areas and eras.
Check here to make sure, what you decide to buy is covered by the route. https://dovetailgames.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/folders/80000678884
There's a sale coming up I think on Steam. Maybe they'll be there then. I've bought most of my DLC on sales, but it's up to you. What sort of content do you enjoy? (ie what kinds of trains and what areas of the world?) The people here fall over themselves to suggest stuff for new people =-)
Think the OP is on Xbox which from what I've read rarely has sales. Wrong platform really for a game with this much content. Better off on PS(5) which occasionally has sales or Steam/PC.
Ah well yeah XBox doesn't have that many sales. That kinda sucks. But either way, if they give us some ideas we can suggest more options! Given the focus on Kent, I'm guessing UK focus, and SEHS is a modern commuter so.... Blackpool is a definite in my book. The Preston-Carlisle that's coming out soon too. The others I'd suggest would get lots of negative comments so I'll leave it at those two =-) Can't go wrong with Just Trains.
If they want fast electric one handle running then last year's ECML from Peterborough to Doncaster worth a look maybe.
That is very true! Thank you! I mean it would be amazing with more Kent lines like Dover and Canterbury for example
London Commuter: East Coastway: Train Simulator 20xx has more selection for around this area. Chatham Main Line London Victoria, Blackfriars & Dover, Ramsgate: Chatham Main & Medway Valley Lines: The 1066 Line: Portsmouth Direct Line: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BJ5paogGi0E
Careful there, don’t let the Miserable Mafia stop you from using this forum, otherwise they win. Talk about what you want to talk about, and just know that we’ll always have the 10% of people that complain non-stop, and love to share that with the world. You’ll find many people here having a good time and completely ignoring the MM.
