PS5 Mbta Boston To Worcester Layers Not Loading

Hi there,
I've just watched the preview stream for the above route (Yeah, I know that I am late to the party!!!) having installed the above route the layers aren't loading. I have purchased all the DLC's. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong. I am open to all ideas (within reason). Thanks for taking the time to read and respond in advance

 

Are the layers turned on in the layer tab?

 

Yes they are. One of the 1st things I checked.

I uninstalled everything, the reinstalled everything and bingo all the content was there yippppppppppppppeeeeeeeeee
