There were heavy discounts on DLC during the Epic Mega Sale, which only finished a couple of weeks ago. Probably not going to be another big sale for a couple of months.
To avoid starting a new thread - I wonder why the price of the same add-on for TSW5 is higher than for TSW4...? e.g.
If I understand it correctly this happens when they (Epic) update the regional pricing. It will affect new DLC from the time of release but only gets backdated onto old DLC when a new game launches. You should be able to just buy the cheaper one.
