When Changing The Plugins In The Editor From Disk D To Disk C, The Plugins Do Not Appear.

Hi. Why, when I change the plugins in the editor from disk D to disk C, the plugins don't appear? I've tried everything and it doesn't work. Do you know how to fix it?

 

I had the same moving them from my desktop to my laptop, trying to simulate whilst not at home.

for me they sometimes pop up no issue and sometimes the plugins pop up only when I make a new plugin with the same name or a slightly different one.
