Preston To Carlisle - How Many Services Will Be Missing Without West Cornwall Local?

I’ve seen that West Cornwall Local is on the list of DLC required for freight services, but it doesn’t split it up into individual trains.
Does anybody know how many freight trains will be missing if you don’t own West Cornwall Local? Is it going to be nearly all of them or just a handful?
Any info would be much appreciated, as I don’t fancy spending £25 just for a few wagons. Tia

On the preview, they showed the layers, and it seemed most of the layers requiring West Cornwall were mainly static wagons in yards, but it did seem like it was required for Carlisle "trip workings", ballast trains and some of the speedlink freights.

 

Black Friday/Thanksgiving one, for Steam at least, must be imminent.

 

The Steam sale I think starts either the same evening WCMLOS goes on sale or the day after. Could be an expensive few days!
