at Ingelheim station remains rolling so it is impossible to complete the scenario

 

I searched for All Change Scenario, and I saw and found nothing relating to Ingelheim station and I'm really not sure what the issue is that you posted about. Are you asking for assistance with this service? Even in journey mode, it is the same service, I'm almost done, and no issues yet.

Okay Try running it again, and I would suggest you restart your PS5 sometimes it helps to reset things. I'm running this on Steam PC, and I'm still going, so far so good. I do know that many PlayStation user are having an assorted amount of issues. And If you can get a screenshot if your still having a problem, you are welcome to use this screenshot, if you would like.

 

No, it's when I make the return trip

 

I just reran this Service on PC-Steam, and the AI train in this image is being held at the Red signal, and in turn the return trip ib the train you use is held at the red signal. If you wish to file a support ticket and use these images, you are welcome to do so.

 

I just finished this service in TSW3, completed it with zero issues.

 

With my daughter's assistance, more testing was done on this one service, here is the video showing how this Redlight bug is caused.
