PS5 [resolved] Ps5 Live Map Froze At Night N Dalmeny 170

Checked live map at night in Dalmeny station while doors open on a Leven service ... the map froze. After about 30 seconds, i used the PS5 centre button to return to home, went to TSW5 and chose to resume ... heard the AWS sound so hit O button and escaped frozen map.

These days I am mostly running my new TSW 2020 on PC for a simpler life ... after a career supervising bugs and betas and writing critical code, i am trying to garner my strength due to health issues in old age and so much difficulty typing text ... so i may not try to replicate.

It was vexing but not quite surprising. Yes, Forth Bidge looked great as did the new bridge.

Earlier i saw Edinburgh Tram yard on map ... does that hold promise for TSW 6 i wonder ?

 

not N Dalmeny but " in Dalmeny " ... typing is a horror now

 

Next time when the map freezes up on you, try to push the 'hide tags' button, it's the square button on PS controller, I believe. I've found that that sometimes works.
