I've posted a bug before for Blackpool Branches where the AI driver of the class 47 is in the rear cab - not the forward facing cab but the one which directly faces the coaches. Same issue on Preston to Carlisle with the class 87. AI driver is operating the train from the cab facing the coaches. I'm guessing it's a TSW core issue in how the game allocates AI drivers and defaulting to cab number 1 regardless of direction travelling.
