The second stage of the mastery challenges on both maintal and niddertal are broken bc i did exactly what the second stage told me but it just wont register and i believe this is for many routes too but which ones i dont rlly know but all i know is that maintal and niddertal are quite bugged with there mastery rn so pls DTG fix this issue i just wanna complete the challenges

Raising a support ticket is far more likely to get a response than bumping your own post again and again.
Hello there, have you tried logging out and back into your DTL account? Allowing some time to pass can also sometimes resolve this. dtg jan if youre seeing this message i wanna say thank you the mastery bug on niddertal and maintal is now gone and i know what caused it it was bc when i was transfering from tsw 3 to tsw 4 with my dlcs i think smt happened then which caused most of my masteries to be gone at that time but thx to youre advice its now fully fixed and now i gotta redo allot of mastery challenges on routes i brought since tsw 4
:update: the issue came back and now its on every scenario im redoing rn aka nahverkehr dresden kinzig maintal niddertal linkerhein sbahn voralberg and ruhr sieg nord and i keep logging out and in with my dovetail live account but it still doesnt want to register the mastery quests on the second stage even tho im doing timetable services which normally works so idk if this has smt to do with server issues in the evening or that its a bug bc in the afternoon it did register the second stage of the mastery quests but now not anymore
After some hours later the bug is still here and i keep doing the thing where i log pjt and log back into my dtg live account but nothing seems to work at this point so pls dtg can you maybe check whats wrong rn bc i seriously have no idea anymore at this point
rn some days later im still experiencing this annoying bug and ive tried so many times logging out and into my dtg account but at this rate nothing seems to work can this bug pls be fixed bc idk if im the only 1 experiencing it at this rate and also i cant log into the support place bc it keeps telling me my password is incorrect when its quite litterly correct
I think you need to set up a different account to raise a support ticket. It’s not the same one as the forum.
Alr i got into the support thx for youre help and ive made an report about this strange bug so now its hoping that its gonna get fixed soon
I can officially say that the issue is gone and that i completed all my mastery challenges except for s bahn vorarlberg bc it has an bug with 1 of the scenarios which hasnt been fixed for 6 months now already
