So just started this scenario and for some reason the schedule is broke, it works fine up to a point then just sticks at "wait while the train brakes equalize" and you stop earning AP other than for being under the speed limit.
Yeah, put it in Notch 8 and then take a half hour walk with your dog or whatever Then put it in Dynamics 6 and go for the next walk
I mean its working just the in game events are refusing to change just about to try again right now i'll update in 30 minutes
? Just follow all the steps, set the switches, highball and get bored. (I've played this in 4x speed using GodMode as there's absolutely nothing to see and to do there...) Have you set the Indy to Lead and the Autobrake to Cut In on the display? Press Ctrl+F1 to see the helper indicators. Are you familiar with US locos? Else check the tutorials.
And there its stay the whole time not triggering any of the other events so you end up loosing out on a lot of AP and there's no end to the scenario as well
You must be doing something wrong. It only takes about 30 seconds until the brake pipe is charged on the front. I've asked for a screenshot of your left display. Are your brakes CUT IN and Independent set to LEAD? Else releasing the brakes can't have an effect.
You click MORE OPTIONS then OPERATOR CONTROLS then AIRBRAKE LEAD then AIRBRAKE CUT IN and then release the red autobrake lever. The Equalizing Reservoir pressure will quickly rise to 90 psi and the brakepipe pressure will follow with a delay.
ok i cycled thru them a few times saved my game went back to menu reloaded the save and cycled cut in-out-in and poing it started to play ball so thanks for that would never have thought to try that
Right, enjoy. Just remember LEAD / CUT IN Cut In means the red handle is connected to the train brake (Equalizing Reservoir specifically), and Lead means the lower Independent brake handle controls the loco brakes of the connected locos simultaneously, if these are set to TRAIL (6or26).
This is with TSW3 on PS4 PRO I was trying this scenario just now, and had the same thing "wait while the train brakes equalise" . So I did the settings described by Spikee, i got moving a few yards and the waite message was still still showing, so I stopped the train then selected the lead cutin settings on the left screen and the waite while breaks equalise msg disappeared. I will try to see if I can complete the scenario. Now to see if the red signal clears. Actually think I took the wrong track lol. There's some weird cab sounds, not sure if that is normal, sounds like the loco is hitting small rocks.
I have TSW3 ,4 and 5 installed. Sherman hill is on TSW3, is it possible to play Sherman hill on TSW5?. I looked through my routes on TSW5 and TSW4, but didn't have Sherman Hill. I thought Sherman Hill had installed onto TSW5 when I transferred my routes from a PS4 to a PS4 pro. When I checked in the store with TSW5 the Sherman Hill route didn't show up as "owned" so it means I would have to purchase it again for TSW5?
