Steam Pc Missing Class 20

I have the class 20 DLC.
The problem is when i go into timetable mode whatever route it is layered in it does not appear,
when i open the layers tab it shows up as a layer,
I have removed all mods.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled on Steam.
I have verified Game on Steam, its always the same, it shows as a layer but not selectable.
Hope someone can help.

Thanks for trying, i have all the uk DLC except the first Island Line

 

The 37/5 appears ok in some routes but not in the above routes.
The 08 is the same.
The 20 Doesn't appear at all, not even on rail tours.

 

Which tsw are you talking about?

 

TSW5 on PC
However, i decided to do a reinstall of the DLC from steam into a new folder and all the missing items are now in game.
