Hi everyone, like all of you (I guess) I really enjoy playing TSW these times, Imo the game is taking the right direction.
Route hoping is a superb new feature that makes up for the fact that you can't (yet) merge maps with each other.
However, as the title suggests, my biggest regret is that as soon as a new creation appears, with new content, it isn't systematically added to the existing ones. I know that it would be necessary to generate new timetables, but if it's essential (because it's realistic and accurate to the route), it seems normal to me that to obtain a quality game it should be done and imo still more ressource should allocated to the timetible. (Only one person is clearly not enough considerating that timetable is one of the most important part of train sim, for immersion at least)

For example, the Fife Circle timetable is not visible on the line in question when you play on the Edinburgh - Glasgow line. I find this kind of missed details very disappointing and not a good incentive to buy new content.
Sometimes, when new rolling stock (wagons/EMUs/DMUs etc.) is released on a line and could have its own timetable on an old line, it is not added by default.

Apart from that, I have to admit that the game is really top-notch and I don't really have any other comments or remarks that take me out of my immersion.

    What do you think?

Can't wait to read you :)

Think I get what the OP is trying to say. Instead of building routes with one or two common points but otherwise no physical selection, work to make a network. Route hopping is no more than a menu shortcut gimmick. Nowhere is that more apparent than the Mildmay (North London Line to us old codgers) route which will pass through Gospel Oak where the Goblin Line diverges, but ne’er the twain shall meet. Whatever your views about the NLL scope, would have gone some way to assuaging concerns if it had grafted seamlessly into the existing route. Run 8 do it quite nicely, so DTG please step up to the plate.

Not being a resident of ye olde Londinium I know nothing of either route, but if there is more than one common station between the two, and being that there's a stated 10k services, some of the Goblins may perhaps be driveable a short way on James Mild may?

I can say for sure that route merging (which is what I understand this post to be) would be awesome!

I would like to throw in DTG's response to anyone who is unaware: Part of the issue is that a timetable has to be made, and another part is how route mergers would be sold.

Gospel Oak is the only shared station - as the western terminus of the Goblin line.

    The 10k services will mostly be AI ECML (700, 801), MML (HST, 158), SEHS (395) and WCML (390, 350, 377, 1972TS) services, i'd thibk.
