Well my feedback is overall positive.
Different opinions are what feedback is after all.

Although initially it suffered from the usual Rivetisms, such as working pianos and lifts but huge swaths of missing or scant scenery, it has definitely improved overall since release, especially with the addition of the Leven branch. The EP and timetable mods are a must to flesh it out, hopefully Fawx will add the Leven branch services in the near future (if he hasn’t already).

Personally one of my favourite routes. I enjoy the approach to Edinburgh, the Forth Bridge is a highlight (i can see both road bridges). Not too fussed about houses not being the same as IRL, that is consistant on every route (Glossop is missing an entire football stadium for example).

Main 2 gripes are the airport doesn't look great (i'm sure Jasper on the live stream said they had to scale it back as the forth bridge took a lot of memory?), but it does look better after recent updates. Second are the road bridge models approaching North Queensferry, admittedly they don't look good. Those and Waverley should be busier. Generally aesthetic though and it doesn't ruin my enjoyment of the route.

Having a heart attack is a bug?

The guy having the heart attack might disagree with you there.

If enough people raised complaints, it would cause me to reconsider how I did things, and maybe make changes.

So yes, positive changes do come out of people drawing attention to things. It is only when problems go unchecked that they forever remain problems.

In that situation, you would be better complaining to the store supervisor or manager. As the person stocking the shelves is only following their orders.

Changes always start from the top and work down.

Interseting..you took the opposite of what my words said.
Having a heart attack is very much like a crash to desktop, and I said it was the worse thing... not the least?
It's weird you intentionally chose to reverse everything rather than address the ridiculousness that was exposed.
Just by your responses, I can tell you wouldn't respond well to criticism at work.
By your actions thus far just here, you'd blame the customer and double down on whatever you were doing without change.
