I am new to the PC editor so this could be because I'm a newbie. Every time I make a change on the PC editor it won't change. I want to sub in personal reskins on the Midland Class 43 HST. They don't show up as AI but they are drivable. The "allow substitution" isn't checked and I think that's why... When I make a change to the formation file and try to make it writable it says "cannot be made writeable."
Yeah, you can't overwrite game files, you can only make a copy of them and edit the copy. (And to get your new files into the game, you'll need to cook and pack them.)
