Hello, I am having an issue with my TT mod - there is a succsesful simulationn. However only the 385 native to the route appears, the 170 and 158 are still there selectable in the menu and work fine if spawned into via the menu but when spawning on foot or in the 385 then the other trains are missing. I have made sure that all formations (which are handmade rather than copy pasted) are referenced within the plugin. Can anyone help?
In your second image where is FCE_3xCar170_E located. All formation files need to be in your plugin. So if your main formation file references a second formation file which references the RVD's. That second file needs to be in your plugin. ie. 170_3car -> FCE_3xCar170_E -> DM(A) RVD, MS RVD, DM(B) RVD
Yeah you need to copy FCE_3Car170_E to your plugin and update 170_3car to use the new location. You need formation files in your plugin to reference the RVD's.
ok i have set it up so that the orginal formation with the rvd is now also in the same folder, however it still does not work?
Did you update the Train Entry to use FRM_Class158_SR in your plugin (ie. hover your mouse over the drop down box, it should say E2GWTT2024/Formations/FRM_Class158_SR). I don't own the 158 or 170, can you take the same pic but with FRM_Class158_SR.
Ah I see my mistake, I have updated it to use the correct one now, I take it this will need me to re-simulate the TT to work properly?
If you haven't saved the timetable (i.e. hit the save button) since your last simulation you shouldn't have to but it might be a good idea just in case.
So i resimmed to be on the safe side but still no dice? I have everything correct I think. 170_3car uses FRM_BR_Class170 which is located in the same folder within the plugin. This then has the RVD (DMCL etc..)
I have set up a test TT to figure out the issue I am having with my TT. I have a 385 service and a 170 service. 385 one works fine, I have made sure the formation I have created is in my plugin. This then uses FRM_BR_Class170 - this is located in FCE_BR_Class170/Data/Formations and contains the RVD. Yet still the class 170 does not appear in the TT. The TT simulates succesfully. Have I missed something obvious?
