Hello, here is a suggestion from me and a few others on the TSC discord I ported to here. The route- Birmingham International to Shrewsbury. Why this route? It combines both a quiet commuter artery between Shropshire's main station, the station with the largest mechanical signal box Shrewsbury to the busy midlands hub city of Birmingham, with its hectic busy New street station. Rolling stock- We proposed that the most feasible option could be reusing the 158 just for TFW, and then creating a new train, the Class 197 for WMRs Shrewsbury-New Street trains. It could finally mean a busy New street in TSW, and could lay the foundations for more Welsh routes involving TFW hub Shrewsbury. AI layers: 323 from BCC, LNWR 350 from WCMLS, AWC 390 dlc, TFW 150/153 from ATS-CN. DLC Loco: Class 196 TFW OR Class 175 TFW- Both substituted onto these services, and could feature 2 and 3 car varieties Thanks to Whiskey2Shots and all other contributers to help me make this post.
This would be great to see. Plus this would allow for the Pendolino and 350 layers at Birmingham New Street like the new Manchester Commuter will for Manchester Piccadilly.
