They forgot to translate the thread header (I assume) - according to Google Translate it means "what do these two switches do"
Very brief: the first switch is used for remote access to other units: ZMS more then 2 locos, ZWS with a cab car, ZDS with a second loco. the second switch is used to check the isolation of the batterie. You switch it to either side and look what the needle in the display is doing (I assume it is implemented in the expert version, however, have not checked it myself).
