Route More Scottish Routes

Please can we have more route options in Scotland, here are some ideas

Paisley to Edinburgh
Perth to Glasgow
Glasgow/Edinburgh to North of England

 

You need to be a tad more detailed. For starters what era? BR Classic, early privatisation or current day.
Take a look at how other suggestions are formatted and take a cue from that (though not the ones that deliver a sermon and page after page of pictures of every station).
Check the DTG LAMPOIL guidelines in particular what you think will be the iconic or main selling point of the routes you suggest.

 

what era? what locos? what does the timetable look like? those routes would be popular but a suggestion needs some basis and constructed points

 

Aberdeen to somewhere would be nice in the modern day

 

Apologies for the undetailed post, it was a quick type on my phone. Paisley to Edinburgh Waverley modern day would be cool. Glasgow and/or Edinburgh to Perth would also be great. Fife Circle Line says it does Edinburgh to Perth but it doesn’t, it only goes to Markinch which is about 23 miles away. BR Class 380 would be awesome for this

 

Edinburgh to Newcastle would be good incl 801, maybe coming with the 220/221.
