Why push this out with so many signalling errors on Line 1 ? Does "experimental" make sene of that ? My second station going down line 1 at 8 a.m. and the tram signals are all blinking as if berserk. Two other errors followed on my way back up, one traffic lights berserk, one a classic Traffic Signal Ignored silly error message for a tram sig that flipped as i entered the intersection. I expected that sort of thing would be gone, at least on Line 1.
There was a second anonymous update pushed, but the fatal errors on Sandbox Line 3 at Danielsplatz persist
I see you're playing all these games that do not work. Is that "Beta testing" in your blood? Just curious
This is why DTG have an absolute cheek selling this at its current price. Not even worth it at half price. I've played this a few times... TRAMCITY HAKODATE on Steam and it already seems in a better state than CTS, even if the graphics aren't as pretty. IMHO they should be selling CTS for no more than £5 or 6 Euros.
Good morning rshifflet#2142, The 0.4.0 update, released into the experimental beta branch last Friday, aims to provide the community with access to the ongoing development process. Please note that this update is a work in progress, and as such, instabilities and unintended behaviours are to be expected, especially since this patch also includes an update to the game engine. The version 0.4.0 available for testing now will differ from the version that will be released in the stable branch. Thank you for providing feedback and please feel free to share any other issues you run into. All the best, Jan
Eh, why didn't I see this post sooner (before I bought the CTS)? This game reminded me a lot of TRAIN CREW, at first I thought it was an alternative non-flagship project, but it turns out the developers are different. Apparently Asian developers just like to see lots of letters, numbers and indicators all over the screen. It's actually not ironic and it doesn't scare me because there's nothing superfluous. If anyone from “local” played Paradox strategies, for example Europa IV or any other, knows what overloaded interfaces are (tabs with tabs and tables in other tabs). Okay, I digress, it's not about that. I'm very inspired by TRAMCITY HAKODATE and intend to support them in early access. Perhaps this is on the back of dissatisfaction with CTS, but still, why not? Moreover, looking at other simulation or early access games that are supported by patches up to v0.99 before release, and looking at how Viewapp wants to release v1.0 right after v0.4, I feel some confusion. I want to believe that it will work out, but for now it's just a vague hope.
