Class 175 Coradia Add On For Manchester Airport

Hi all
I’d like to suggest adding the Class 175 Coradia as an add-on pack for TSW5’s new Manchester Airport route. The Class 175s are well-regarded for their performance and would provide an authentic and engaging experience for players. Including this train would not only enhance the realism of the route but also offer more variety for enthusiasts who enjoy operating different types of rolling stock. It would be a fantastic addition to the game! The class 175 would come with many features such as:


Guard panels enhancing guard mode(this can be done from the cab or carraiges)


Operative TMS and GSM-R(Alrhough headcode would be automatically activated)


Fun scenarios for the Coradia


Onboard passenger announcements


Manual PIS(Passenger Information System)

although this would be done via to TMS

what’s everybody’s thoughts on this?

 

Hmm. Would need a Welsh route that utilises them first, seems pointless making it otherwise.

 

depends on the era for Manchester Airport as TfW withdrew their 175s in 2023

 

The 175s would make more sense to get their own route (I'd say Newport - Shrewsbury would work well), then get layered onto routes.
