One thing I get out of this game aside from learning about trains is the immersion factor. Every once in a while Im able to glitch a camera into the cab to get some really cool views. For me it really adds to the enjoyment of the sim, I'd love to be able to do more with it. what about... - a camera that we can freely move anywhere on the train. - fixed cameras set in ideal locations on the train.... passenger seats... cool views in the cab
I would like to have a tracking camera again like in MSTS or TSC, where the observation post is generated by an algorithm and the camera pans along with the train. But it is always said that the feature would have been implemented long ago if there weren't always trees or bushes in the way and blocking the view. One possible solution would be to switch the overlapping vegetation to transparent mode, like other AAA games do with camera pans.
I also think we need a faster free cam as sometimes I struggle to keep up with my own train using the free cam - the one in TSC is much quicker.
