[resolved] Dlc Issue

Hi, I recently purchased Nidderton on PlayStation Store sale. from the store itself. It's was definatly purchased as I checked my purchase history however when I loaded it up it hasn't recognized the purchase and when I go to the shop in game the price is still there so it's saying it hasn't been bought. When I go into my add one in console storage it is there however the badge is showing the tsw 3 version. I'm confused as to why it hasn't downloaded the Ps5 version, can anyone please help me resolve this issue. I'm at a loss as I can't seem to access the ps5 version because it's still behind a paywall. Thanks in advance.

 

When I go back to PlayStation Store it says I have purchased it but the badges/icons are for tsw 3 under each one it has ps4 and ps5 version. I need the updated version but can't access it? Again any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

 

When I go to add one on the tsw 5 page(not shop)and scroll down its still maintaining that it hasn't been purchased however on the sale page again it's purchased. I have a receipt, email notification everything, why can't I access the content. This is ridiculous

And please the type of account ( Child or adult PSN Account you use also Determines weather TSW4 AND TSW5 Options are available and another thing, When downloading TSW4 And Versions Some TSW5 Versions will have TSW4 Logo, But as long as you Downloaded it from The TSW5 Page then there is no Problem

 

I've just noticed I accidentally purchased tsw 3 version but surely I can just update it. This doesn't make a lot of sense. Adult account, screen shots of what please?

 

Screenshots of what u purchased and everything And what Type of PSN account are u using? An account that Is Over or Below 18 ?
and if you have tsw5 upgrading to TSW5 Is still not a problem

 

Yes over 18, as mentioned I rather foolishly downloaded/purchased the ps3 version which I suspect is why it's not showing as purchased. Ok so I've rebuilt database/clear cache restore purchase gone back to the original purchase from ps store and it gave me a new icon/badge to download which was a tsw 4 one I suspect this is the correct one, will keep you in the loop. Thanks for the help.

There were 2 separate purchases for the same product on the ps store. I didn't pay enough attention to buying the right one. That's on me unfortunately. Doh!

Yes the issue I was having is because I purchased the tsw 3 version from ps store. It wasn't joining the dots then allowing me to download the updated ps5 version. After doing the above it has allowed me access to another previously inaccessible file which was in guessing to do with restoring the license information. It's now showing in game as downloadable(not even sure that's a word) lol so I'm downloading the tsw 5 version. Ok lesson learned. Thanks for helping out anyway, appreciate your time.

Oh the tsw 4 wasn't the correct one, however now I have the right one, phew!
