How Do You Replay The Initial Tutorial?

The first time every you launch TSW2020 and create your first profile, you're taken through the most basic tutorial.

Id like to replay that tutorial but can't figure out how to get to it.

I've tried to delete my profile (so there are none) and create a new one, but doing so doesn't take me to the original tutorial. Can someone please tell me how to get to the original tutorial?
