I'm trying to register for the knowledge base but it's saying the Privacy Policy Field is required, but even after filling in the Captcha, there's no option to do so: I think this is bug.
Hi amagha, yes it looks like an issue, just tried signing up. Thanks for letting us know, we'll sort it out.
For now, if you could go here https://dovetailgames.kayako.com/Tickets/Submit/RenderForm and click 'Submit a ticket' without signing up first, you should be able see the consent box above the captcha.
TrainSim-Dmitri Clicking on the link you sent above takes me here: If I then click "Submit A Ticket", I get: Do you mean if I select the radio buttons at the bottom and go through the process, I can submit a ticket without creating an account?
