In Microsoft Flight Simulator there is air traffic control so I thought why shouldn't you be able to call the signaller using the GSM-R. Multiplayer servers would have to be created and signalling desks as well, but I think it would be a really interesting experience to be able to call the signaller.
A fully functional GSM-R system would be nice. Although, you can already use it to contact the signaller. There's a phone attached to it that allows this.
